Question #11: bodybuilding?
i have a very small appetite,i need maximum amount of calories with the littlest effort of eating, can anyone suggest anything?

Answer: Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

Question #12: bodybuilding?
after asking a previous question about doin split routines:'split weight training routines...which shall I do???'I received an answer which was total B.S.First of all Im definatly not over training my muscles as the amount of protein and total calories i consume is far greater than i actually need and so my muscles are rehealing very quickly and are only not growing as much as they were doing because they are becoming used to being trained and so i need more intense training sessions to get maximum muscle growth - how can he possibly know that im over training he doesnt watch me train then go home with me and count how many hours of sleep i get and how much i eat. it annoys me that people who dont properly know about weight training try and tell others what to do!!!second of all i asked which split routine i should do not to give me an ear full of how im overtraining and i sed i wanted to train each muscle twice NOT ONCE!!!JUST ANSWER THE QUESTION PLEASE!!!

Answer: i think that the below website will help you to find the right solution.

Question #14: Bodybuilding?
I want to start bodybuilding now since its summer and I am out of school for 2 months. I want to be FULLY commited. My sisters BF is a professional bodybuilder and he has gave me some books on it, oh yeah and I'm trying to loose weight to add to that. I'm 13, can you think of anything I can do except join a gym.?.?... thanks!!Trust me, I'm not a junk food type of person..

Answer: I will make one suggestion to you: don't injure yourself. At your age, you will put on muscle quickly; the only thing that will really be a deterrent is NOT being able to workout due to an injury. Also, note: your diet is very important as well (not just training). Ask your sister's BF to help you with a diet plan that increases your caloric intake, and is a healthier and more protein laden diet than what you normally consume.Good luck.

Question #18: Bodybuilding??
Okay, my workout plan is split up into sections. For example, Monday- chest Tuesday legs, Wednesday- shoulders...etc..I'm very happy with it, but it also means that I'm basically doing each muscle group once a week. I know that when you do some exercises, it works others...but I'm still concerned. I tried to see if there was anyway I could fit each muscle in twice a week, but that's very exhausting. When I go on bodybuilding.com, everyone else seems to split their plans up pretty much the same as I do...but for some reason, knowing I'm doing a muscle once a week just doesn't seem like it's enough. What do you guys think?

Answer: a girl body builder ><. cant you just be happy looking tone?

Question #19: BodyBuilding?
i have recently lost alot of weight and want to start bodybuilding but i scared of gaining back the weight also i am in a tight budget what supplements work for building lean mass and what are some good foods

Answer: Protein, protein and protein! A high protein diet will build you LEAN muscle and not unwanted fat. Try to take in 2 grams of protein per body pound through foods such as chicken, fish and meats. Also, train HARD with heavy weights and lower reps. You need a spotter because to build you want the last few reps of each set to burn. Make sure you do cardio 2-3 times a week to keep your metabolism up and fat down. Last, but not least, drink a ton of water. This will keep you hydrated, your metabolism up and your body looking good. Bodybuilding is not a hobby, it's a lifestyle. The amount of food and supplements needed to be effective is not cheap, so think it over if you want to be competitive.
