Question: bodybuilding?


Question Description:
hey ive been workin out for about 6 months im 5;7 180 pounds. pretty big in size but not cut, is there a way to build muscle and burn fat at the same time. can someone, preferably who has been in the same situation giv e me a personal routine of wat to eat and when to work out n stuff. please put considerable effort into it since im going to devote most my summer to it, Thank you very much in advance.

Answer#2: The first thing u should change ur workout every 3rd week & u should do ur workout in max 30-35 minutes & also take minumum rest b/w the sets. try it w/o cheating.


Answer#3: for shaping and to burning fat try a light weight exercise in more sets,since u already hav fat,no heavy diet is to b taken,in the morning at u can hav milk and brown bread and fruitsin the afternoon hav 3-4 chapaties,dal,green vegi,saladevening 5.00pm,u can eat 5-6 banannas,or u can hav juice.at dinner time u can take chapaties,dal,saladdon't eats outside food,avoid oil food and less intake of sugar,no tea,and dirink lots of water the whole day.i am very happy to help u as i hav the same prob 5 months back.
