Question: Bodybuilding?

Question Description:
Hello,I'm a 27 yrs old, male, 177cm tall and 60 kg weight.I'm about to build my body with quick effect proteins .. I know that seems to be dangerous, but any recommendation for certain type of proteins if u already got the experience on bodybuilding?

Answer#1: The danger lies in how much you take. - By taking in too much protein - you'll just pee it out, however, if you take in WAY too much, you'll get liver problems - BAD.Don't worry so much about protein per se....but worry about your diet in general. <___Single most important thing to body building.Wanna get big? Eat loads of stuff, I'm talking LOADS. These quick acting proteins might be good for a meal replacement or something, but what you'll really wanna do is eat a lot of Fish, Chicken, Steak, Fruits, Vegetables, anything with Fiber, non-saturated fat, good carbs, and stay away from the junk food (have some every once in a great while to reward yourself). Now, for the gym. Get in there every day of the week, alternating workouts. First day, do your arms, shoulders, lats, pecs, biceps, triceps. Should be doing 12 reps of everything, doing 3 sets of 12 reps. By the 12th rep, your muscle should be fatigued. Once it stops being fatigued after a week or so, move on up in weight. You'll eventually SEE your muscle getting bigger and yourself getting bigger.Next thing to do is legs and abs - run on the treadmill for legs, do leg presses, squats, whatever you gotta do. For abs, do situps and crunch REALLY hard to tear muscle tissue. Use a machine too, to give resistance/weight on the muscles. And AFTER every big weight lift workout, run on a treadmill. Cardio helps your heart and gets blood flowing. Follow up every workout with a nice protein shake.Stay away from steroids and the temptation of bad food and you'll be more healthier than everyone else...not to mention BIGGER.Good luck you'll do great.

Answer#2: yea....stay away from the chemicals. you ever notice how 90% of supplements arent FDA apporoved? Theres a reason for it. Sure you can take em and grow quickly now....but in 20 years you'll end up with a tail or something. Long period tests havent been conducted its really not worth it. Ive been working out for about 3 years just eat right! thats the key. if you work out 3 times a week than on those days substitute a can of tuna for a meal and a snack thats 20 grams of protein alone.....you can work around supplements. As far as working out goes and technique thats something that you will learn in time. No 2 people gain weight the same you have to find your own pace and rhythm. Hope this helps.

Answer#3: chocolate
