Question: bodybuilding program for young 15 year old fast bowler?


Question Description:
YOUNG BOY OF 15 IS A VERY GOOD FAST BOWLER BUT NEEDS TO GET TO THE JYM TO BECOME STRONGER AND FASTER(RUNNING) /FASTER(BOWLING). NEED JYM PROGRAM FOR CRICKETERS.

Answer#3: hey!15 years is too young for going to jym for body building!!well you can try after you are 22 or even big!!


Answer#4: 15 years n body building!!! i think he should wait for couple of years as he is too young for such heavy activity plus it ,ll effect his height. he can do some other excercises to become active n fast but bodybuliding wont suite him at this age. okay this was non professional advice, some one else may come up with more professional advices.
