Question: Can you lift weights to get stronger but not bulk up?

Question Description:
I am currently on a low calorie diet, and I do weight training 4x a week. I wanted to know if it is possible to get stronger, even though I am consuming much fewer calories than the big muscle builders you see at the gym

Answer#1: Yes you can. Lower weight and more reps. Also take shorter breaks between reps. Workout every other day. By keeping the weight lower you will get toned and get more stamina. Lifting heavier weights with low reps and longer breaks between is how you get bulk.

Answer#2: detox diet is the best diet to loose weight at home without exercising.....it helps u to lose 5 lbs appox in 2 weeks time by just changing ur eating habbits..http://www.detoxdiets4all.blogspot.comit is a great website that has many pink color links for detox diets recipes and tips to loose weight...try the pink links and loose weight fast at home without exercising

Answer#3: Yea you can, just focus on lifting lower weights, but higher reps - you'll build strong lean muscle in no time.

Answer#4: Yes you can, don't consume too much protein, and make sure you lift light weight, high reps.

Answer#5: How low calorie ? and what is your weight and size etc... and if your lifting weights limit it to no more then 4 times a week at the most. And even though you might be taking in less calories then the next man in the gym you still might be taking in alot of protein so i would say cut your protein intake in half maybe if you just wanna get stronger but not get massive. Yet again i am not sure if this is possible but i did my best. Good luck
