Question: Help me Build Muscles Mass?

Question Description:
Im 16 years old about 142 pounds and 5'8. My metabolism is so high. I need to know what food to intake, im an asian descent so i eat rice everyday. Ok here what i am workin with a treadmill, Weight Bench, and some wieghts. Can some one give advice on what exercises i am suppose to be doing and how many reps per day and how long. Also with the treadmill how long should i be on there and how any calories? I am so skinny is not even funny, i wanna get big but not fat. I dont want to get belly fat. I just wanna get muscles, but not like muscle builders, just fit. Basicly how can i build muscles the easy way, i was planning on going to the gym and hiring a personal trainer, but i cant afford. So if any1 can give some advice or refer me to a website i would greatly appreciate. thx in advance.

Answer#1: There is no easy way. If you have a high metabolism enjoy it while you can. I would only do the tred mill 1-2 times a week, fast pace for less time. and for lifting do lighter weights for more reps and make sure you squeeze every rep. 2sets of 15, 1 set of 12, 1 set of 10 and, 1 set of 8 negatives are good too. this is a bodybuilders style workout but you have to remember most bodybuilders are on roids and they looks so gross because they dehydrate themselves before a competition or before photo shoots so you can see all definition in the muscles. unless you are on the juice you wont get like them.

Answer#2: try to do as little cardio as possible so you can save those calories - focus more on the weight training so you can feed your muscles with those extra calories

Answer#3: You can find a lot of information on building muscles at http://www.toloseweight.org/muscle.html

Answer#4: http://www.freetrainers.com/i use this site and i love it. someone on here recommended it to me and i recommend it to a lot of people. you have to create an account but it's free, and it helps you customize a workout based on your current fitness level, what equipment you have to workout with(free weights, gym equip, nothing,) and what goal you're trying to achieve(weight loss, building muscle etc.) it lets you track your daily progress by entering how many of their suggested sets/reps you did and how much weight you used. don't go over their suggestions though because they're designed to push you. you can also set up a nutritional profile based on your goal and that lets you track what you eat the same way the fitness profile tracks workouts. and it gives you a list of foods from each food group to help you out. it's a really great site.
