Question: I am a 35 yr old woman that only weighs 98 pounds PLEASE HELP!!!?


Question Description:
I would love to know how I can gain up to 20 pounds. I prefer not to use muscle builder. I tried it, sometimes more muscle looks stupid if you are too tiny. I have tried to eat more, but for god sake my stomache can only hold so much. I don't want to get FAT I just want SOME...or ANY would be nice. I have an extremely high metabolism so it just seems to be impossible. I was a great weight of 120 when my first child was born 14 years ago and it has been since then that I cannot keep on weight. There is nothing wrong physically...been checked. They say I need to increase my food intake.Tried it but I get full. I guess I need to know of something HIGH HIGH HIGH in fat that is not the size of a pizza or the taste of the pizza box. Please help!!!!

Answer#1: fudge graham zone bars. i know they're are FOR dieting, but the always seem to put weight on me AND they're absolutely delicious.


Answer#2: go to a health food store and buy urself weight gain powder protein drinks in chocolate or vanilla or strawberries...u can mix it in whole milk...drink one with every meal...seems its the healthiest way to gain weight.... u wont gain muscles since ur not doing any weight training... good luck


Answer#3: It may not be the healthiest way, but increasing your carbohydrate intake may work. What do you eat in a normal day? I don't like giving advice on this b/c it goes against everything I stand for as a scientist. I did have a friend though with this problem. Her doctor suggested having a milkshake every day. Wish I had more suggestions and I wish my metabolism was faster! If it were a thyroid condition it may be easier but they would have probably caught that long ago ;)


Answer#4: eat mcdONALDS FOR BREAKFAST,,LUNCHAND MYABE GOT TO A BUFFET AT DINNER TIME
