Question: Im looking to gain muscle..and intense workouts and get my arms cut..what do you recomend me getting?EXAMPLES?

Question Description:
Examples. N.O. Xplode, Cell Mass, BSN NITRIX.. what do you think i should get for a muscle builder. what have u tried and what have you likes??? ANSWERS GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!

Answer#1: I currently use BSN products like the ones you listed.I stack Axis HT, NO Xlplode, and cell mass.I have intense workouts everyday.I have seen really noticeable progress in a matter of 2-3 weeks. The key is to keep up with your workouts and watch your diet. Make sure its lean protein and complex carbs. Drink lots of water and no soda or junk food.I like the combination of supplements I'm taking. I think you'll benefit from them just the same

Answer#2: I tried Cell Mass a couple yrs ago and it worked. Butremember if you want cut arms you also have to do cardio or you'll have really big arms without definition.Go Steelers

Answer#3: When I wanted to gain muscle for dance I did weights and swam. This helped with my arm muscles greater and helped tone down the rest of me.

Answer#4: I recommend lifting heavy weights in the beginning, for like 3 months. Until you gain some mass. Then, you go with light weight, you do more reps (than heavy), to get the best muscle definition. And most importantly, eat healthy.

Answer#5: My hubbie uses anything that has the words "Weight Gainer" on it...and you don't need to spend a lot of $$ on it either...honestly, the stuff we get at Wal-Mart works as well as anything else he's tried...(even Weider products, which are supposed to be good)...
