Question: Has anyone tried a really effective, LEGAL, muscle builder?

Question Description:
I follow a high-protein, moderate carb diet, drink lots of water. I work out 4 days a week with weights and do 30 minutes of cardio, but have a really hard time gaining muscle. Anyone konw of any good supplements that might help? I am 5'3", 114 pounds, want to be about 120 pounds and a little more muscular.I take Leukic (Muscletech product) now, but not getting a great result with it.

Answer#1: The IronRod Program is more powerful than steroids and the solution to the obesity epidemic while cutting the amount of time spent working out and number of workout days by 75%. http://www.ironrod.cc

Answer#2: Creatine works wonders. It's legal of course, and if used properly (not abused) it's been proven safe. Unlike steroids, it doesn't actually build muscle mass, but rather increases the supply of ATP to your muscles which allows for harder muscle contractions thus a vastly more effective workout. So the beauty of it is, once you use it for a few months you can quit and still maintain your muscle just by staying with your workout routine.I used it for several months when I was into power lifting and was having a tough time putting on mass. When I started I was stuck at 165lbs and benching around 265 lb max. I saw a notable difference in my strength after the 1st week. After 3 months my max bench went up to 315lbs and I put on 15-20 lbs of muscle. Several shoulder injuries (unrelated to lifting) have put me on a permanent vacation from power lifting and I no longer use creatine because I'm not trying to put on muscle mass.Just do your research before you start. If creatine is abused or used for an extended period it has been alleged to cause kidney damage and other serious health problems. But, it has been studied extensively and it's safety well established if used properly.http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/creatine.html

Answer#3: Have you ever tried Muscle Milk. IT helps you gain weights and build muscle if you are working out. It also taste great.

Answer#4: Women has less testoserone than men, so it's going to take longer than it would for a man to gain 6 pounds of muscle. Try changing your routine if you've hit a plateu.

Answer#5: I would say try to modify your weight lifting. higher weight, less reps,,, 10-8-6,, struggling and barely able to do the last rep in each set.the diet seems to be good. I think creatine helps with muscle growth, but id stick wih the high protein diet.,

Answer#6: weider products - muscle mass works

Answer#7: With the weights .. fewer reps with higher weight builds muscle tissue.
