Question: Muscle Builder/enhancer question. -O---O-?

Question Description:
I am about to begin a personal workout plan involving weight lifting (no personal trainer). I used to lift weights more often a couple years ago but never took any shakes or supplements, so I would like to try that out this time around. Lately my workouts have been more aerobic (jogging, basketball, soccer ect.) which may have helped me to become more lanky.---Can anyone make any recommendations on any muscle enhancing shakes, foods, or supplements. Why?--- I will do my own research as well but I guess I would just like to hear what has worked for people out there. Thanks.

Answer#1: As a begginer, you should research a routine that works all bodyparts 2x per week..especially compound movements - dead lifts, squats ect. (Though I like MaxOT regimen)Most failures have to do with diet and rest. You should be eating every 3 hours and getting 2g of protein / 4-6g of carbs (oatmeal, potato's, rice) per pound of body weight daily. Ever see a guy that lifts daily but never seems to get any bigger? It's cause he's not eating enough.Lift 5 days per week with 2 concurrent days off. 8 hours of sleep and take 1 full week off every 8 weeks. You'll come back stronger.CreatineL Glutamine PeptideOptimum Whey Protein (cheap online - www.sruonline.com)Mult Vitamin These are the ONLY supps you'll need.

Answer#2: hey how u doin i know lots of guys that use all those things from protien shakes to creatine so i think u should go to www.muscletech.com and i think u will find lots of products that will help; some of the guys i train with use gakic, nitro-tech, cell-tech, anator, and whey protein,
