Question: im gunna start taking muscletech gykik,leukik,and creakik, I have to take like 20 pills a day, help!!!?

Any suggestions like if i can grind them up, or any other way of taking them, i hate swallowing pills, and if i have to take like 20 a day, this is gunna suck.

Answer#2: get over it. you'll get used to it. thats dumb to voluntarily take 20 pills a day and then complain about taking them.
