Answer#1: muscletech is a joke..look at their first representitive greg kovacs he is a joke....that extra money you spend on ther supplements goes tp pay for 8 page ads(special reports) in todays popular muscle mags.so your hard earned money is helping support the streroid habits of the peolple that they endorse. plus you know the execs at muscletech are getting paid.stick with smaller but reputable companys promoting heath as well...here are few...MET-RXEASDESIGNER PROTEIN OR (NEXT PROTEINS)CYTOSPORTCYTODYNETWINLABTHERE ARE PROBABLY A FEW MORE , BUT MUSCLETECH IS A JOKE TAKE MUSCLETECHS NITROTECH FOR INSTANT THEY TOUT ON THE LABEL WHEY ISOLATE BUT LOOKING AT THE INGREDIANTS THE ONE LISTED FIRST IN WHEY CONCENTRATE...TO ME THAT IS VERY CROOKED.
Answer#2: Yes it is, but rather expensive no? have you tried a no name generic brand? it works just as good....also only buy powder the liquid version has not been proven to be effective. Are you taking it with grape juice?
