Question: I am using Nitro tech by muscletech is that all i need or do i need anymore supplements?

I am a first time weight lifter looking to get massive muscle for football season. I am currently 220 6'3 i am already on nitro tech is that all i need or do i need more supllements also.

Since it's not very easy to consume several thousand clean calories per day, your best bet is to lay off some of the other "miracle" supplements you'll see in M&F and other magazines and buy a weight gainer.Also, try the ABCDE diet plan. The Anabolic Burst Cycle of Diet and Exercise plan will have you eat excessively for a week, then under eat. You'll repeat the cycle and by the end of it, you'll have packed on a lot of muscle mass.
