Question: energy drink?

in your opinion, what is the best energy drink for its value, and why? what packs the best punch but wont keep u wired for days?

It is also what gives the "jittery buzz" then a "crash".If you are concerned about your health, you may want to try something different.I drink an energy drink that doesn't contain all of the sugar and caffeine. It works in 10-15 minutes after I drink it, lasts for several hours, and is much less expensive than most other energy drinks.It helps me with metal clarity, stamina, vitality. Answer#5: RedBull -- Drink them faithfully. The sugar free ones are only 10 cal. as opposed to the 100 cal. found in the regular dark blue RedBull.Not super long-term craziness & doesn't bring you down once it wears off. Plus - they "give you wiings"!!! LOL!!!
Answer#6: The monster energry drink is the best!!! Sometimes I even get one when I'm not tired because they taste so good!!! (not like redbull---yuck!!!)

Answer#8: I only drink Guru, which is an all natural energy drink. I buy it at Wild Oats. It's about 8.99 or so for a four pack, which is only what? Two dollars more than Red Bull. They have the regular kind that has sugar, and the "lite" kind that is made w/ stevia to sweeten it naturally (and it only has 10 cals). I like it! Red Bull doesn't do much for me, so I can't compare it to that, but it gives me the energy I need to get through the day (towards the end of the day) w/o making me all wired.
