Question: Whey Protein?

Question Description:
If I take it 3 times a day..and do some curls will I bulk up

Answer#1: Are you trying to add muscle mass only, or really "bulk up?" First of all, either way, you should be doing more than curls. I would recommend a full weight training routine. Second of all, yes, you must increase your protein intake (in that case). If you're working out hard multiple days a week, you should be getting about 1.2 grams of protein for every pound of body weight. Aside from that, if you just want to get bigger, working out is good, but you can hit up GNC and buy a weight gainer supplement.

Answer#2: It depends on what else you eat and on how easily you gain muscle mass. Hard to tell.

Answer#3: If you just do curls, you probably already have enough protein in your diet for the little bit of weight training you do. Now if you plan to do a full weight training program, that is a different story.
