Question: Will an exercise bike make me gain muscle?

I'M SKINNY AND HAVE AN EXERCISE BIKE LIKE THIS ONE:http://www.derri-air.com/images/fitness_1.jpgNow, my question is, WILL IT HELP ME GAIN MUSCLE? If yes, what part of the body.If so, how many times a week and how many minutes/hours a day should I go on it if I want to have muscles?

Answer#1: It will build your leg muscles and maybe your abs. But if you use the bike everyday for a long time then your stay skinny.
