Question: I am looking for a good home gym system (a multi-exercise model) for strength training.?

Question Description:
I already have a decent treadmill for cardio. Any good recommendation for the home gym?

Answer#1: No recommendations I'm not a fan of exercise, but be sure whatever you get will offer the weight or resistance-equal weight you need to continue to strength train. If the weight is too small, you can't progress.

Answer#2: The Total Gym is pretty amazing. We trained people on it in the gym where I worked before. It's great and it can be set from beginner to advanced. It can be really challenging too. I know right now they're running a special online, it'll cost you $100 a month.

Answer#3: Bowflex.

Answer#4: lt cost alot ,but i hear only good things about it. Bowflex!

Answer#5: no one system will work all muscles. i'd recommend an adjustable bench and a whole range of free weights. free weights are much better for strength training anyway.

Answer#6: i like free weights best
