Question: What is better, a home gym or dumb bells?

Question Description:
All I want to do is get in shape, like what I see in the mirror better. But I think I can get a more comprehensive workout with a Bowflex. Also, doesn't a home gym promote proper form and stuff? Be honest, should I just buy some free weights and a bench?

Answer#1: Eat only when hungry and that too not more than 3 times a day. Nothing in between other than water. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in ur diet. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body system to generate hunger/fullness signals and obey such signals.Take regulary, preferably twice a day, light exercises and brisk walks.U will achieve what u never even dreamt.

Answer#2: u can use detox diets to loose weight .The detox diet focuses on getting rid of the harmful aspects of our everyday diet.detox diets will help u to a great extent to reduce weight and be slim.Instead of eating 2 - 3 meals per day, try eating 4 - 5 small meals per day, or 3 meals and 2 healthy snack meals. Food substitutions can help tremendously when trying to reduce calories and speed up the metabolism.[blue]detoxdiets4all.blogspot.com[/blue]copy and paste the blue text in browser to open it

Answer#3: As a person that works out all the time I can honestly say that a Home gym, such as a Bowflex is better. Dumb bells will do a great job targeting specific muscle groups but a Bow flex, depending on which one you get, can target all the major groups and some most of the minor ones as well. You should also try to work cardio into your routine and get the most important muscle working well, your heart.A bowflex will also help you work form which is very important so that you do not hurt yourself. I think that Bowflex has a DVD that you can get that will show you proper form. Also try to work in front of a mirror to see if you are doing it right or get a workout partner (highly recommended)Good luck.

Answer#4: I'm trying to lose weight too and it's sooo hard. My aunt is using a weight loss product and it's really working for her. I'm gonna try it and I recommend you try it too. Check their website at http://www.myldirect.info , my aunt got a free trial and paid only 6.95$ shipping and handling.

Answer#5: Free weights are always better IF u know what ur doing. Free weights also tone supporting muscles. The problem with free weights is u need a lot of different weights to work different muscle groups. I suggest if u really want to build muscle & tone up u should go to a gym for a while & speak to a trainer & learn to use free weights properly & then buy urself some weights & go for it.Remember also that muscles grow when u rest not when ur working them so dont forget to rest.Dont forget to stretch & warm up/down too.And a healthy diet is important too. When u have a layer of fat it will be over the top of ur muscles so u may have great muscles but no one can tell. So u need a lean body so ur muscles R visible.Be safe & healthy. Dont over do it. Rest. Eat.

Answer#6: Home gym works more muscle sets than dumbells do.

Answer#7: Bowflex is great if you have a money, if not, dumbbells and flat bench is all you need really. Think of this way, do you think classic Olympic Athletes had Bowflex and Treadmills? NOoooo.
