Question: I am a little overweight by about 30 lbs. I have just purchased an eliptical machine and a home gym.?

Question Description:
I need advice as to a plan to lose the extra weight by summer. I know I should probably do my weights 3 days a week and my eliptical 3 days a week. Is there another program that you would suggest? Also, is it possible to tone your breasts without surgery?

Answer#1: I would do the elliptical 5 days a week, an hour each time. Then do the weights about 3-4 days a week. Breasts are fat, so what you want to do is tone the muscle under them. Do push-ups, as many as you can, and you will tone your arms, stomach and your pecs (muscle under your breasts). All this combined with a healthy diet will help you lose weight safely!

Answer#2: Hi I'm having similar issues and I came across a blog that is VERY helpful in answering all you questions. You can contact her directly through email and she'll give you personalized answers. Or just go through her blog and you'll find TONS of answers and self help there's work out routines for every part of you body and if you email her and give her your specs she'll email you a personalized workout routine that will help tremendously. Believe me she is a GREAT help!!!!here's the link.http://360.yahoo.com/profile-bCJcpYYyc6M.rBmxoZejoDyf

Answer#3: You are right about the weights. But yiou need to do certain areas on certain day. Like shoulders back and biceps on Mon, Tue, Wed etc. You should also do at least 30 minutes of cardio a day. Running always helps to. Not sure about the breasts. Eating right is also a must. Portion size is key. Drink lots of water.
