Question: Exercise Bike???

Question Description:
Well i just goin to get one and i was thinkin how many cals can u lose in a day if u workout for 1 hours thanks!!!???

Answer#1: Your machine will have an adjustment dial or lever, so that you can change the resistance. You can use it gently (low resistance), or it can take a lot of effort (high resistance). Calories are a measure of energy, so you know that adding effort will burn more calories.Light exercises usually burn between 200 and 300 Kcal (Calories) an hour.Moderate work will use up 500 or so. Really heavy exercise can require 700-800 Calories an hour, but it is not ususal to keep this level of effort up for a whole hour.If you use it gently, you can keep going for a long time, and use up more calories overall. Some people use these machines while watching TV, so that they feel like less of a 'couch potato'.(For fat loss, burning as many calories as possible is a waste of time. Fat is ONLY burned by the muscle fibres that perform GENTLE movements. Added power (for effort) is provided by sugarburning fibres ('fast-twitch fibres'), and using sugar for fuel will make you tired and hungry... 'Fat calories' and 'sugar calories' are NOT interchangeable.)

Answer#2: not much trust me i got a exercise bike...

Answer#3: you burn around 1500-2000 ive heard
