Question: eliptical trainer under $500?

Question Description:
Can anyone recommend an eliptical trainer under $500 thats good but not too expensive? suggest a brand/model or maybe a website that does side by side comparisons. I'm looking for something that offers different levels of restistance and some training programs. I don't need fancy add ons but would like something with training programs. I just require that it runs well and smoothly. I have used an eliptical before and loved it, now I want to own one. Answers regarding eliptical trainers only.I eat well and love to exercise I am not going "not exercise" and just flush my system with detox products, thats stupid. I am looking for real help for picking out an eliptical machine. if you can't do that then don't bother answeringok, anything in the $500-1,000 range is ok too. I'm on a budget and can't afford a $2,500 precorat least the "detox" answer dissapeared. Felix I do not need weight loss products. Stop assuming I'm fat and need to loose weight! can't a girl exercise at home?

Answer#1: I've considering buying my own eliptical machine as well. The one I've been eyeing is the Proform XP160 Crosstrainer. The regular price is around $800 at Sears, but they have it on sale right now for around $500. I tried it out at the store for a bit & read some reviews online and it seems like a pretty decent machine. The only reason I haven't bought it yet is because I'm not a wealthy person, and spending $500 or more on something is a MAJOR purchase for me right now, so I'm a little apprehensive. I also checked out some eliptical machines at Dunhams and the sales guy told me that Horizon offers the best warranty & service compared to Proform or Nordictrack. I've also listed a website below that may be of some help.Good luck!

Answer#2: I came across this great product for weight loss and it was excellent for me. Together with a good diet and exercise I am finally happy with my body and the way I look. You should check this product at http://www.health-fit.info , they have a free trial and you only pay $6.95 shipping and handling. A must!

Answer#3: You get what you pay for. I haven't seen any quality ones in that price range. You might want to look at www.epinions.com or even www.amazon.com to read reviews of any in which you might be interested.
